Education in Dhaka
Implementing area: 7 slum areas in Dhaka city and in the outskirts: Dhanmondi, Fotullah, Lalbag, Mohammadpur, Pallabi and Tongi thanas
Beneficiaries: 3,000 direct beneficiaries who benefit from nutritional programmes, health care services, vocational training, counseling, pre-primary, primary and support to attend high education. Moreover, through two shelter homes (one for boys and one for girls), the project offers protection to 100 children living on the streets of the capital city.
